I met Shaun when we were five years old and our families have been best friends ever since. He is like a brother to me and I was very happy to be a part of his graduation day at my Alma Mater, Florida State University. Congratulations Shaun!

I have always had an appreciation for landscape and nature photography. The photographs below capture Ginny Springs, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa and Tallahassee. I love living in Florida!

Wiki Wachee Mermaid Lagoon

I finally got to see the mermaid show at Wiki Wachee in Tampa Bay. I lived near the famous home of mermaids all my life and waited till I was 23 to experience it. If you are ever in that area it is (in the words of Drew Barrymore) sooooo magical!

Espana!

I spent a few days in Ibiza, Madrid and Barcelona, Spain but barely took any photos. Spain was my arrival and departure country since my friend Brooke was teaching English there. I am ready to go back and do it again!

When In Rome

Our last stop before flying out of Spain, was to stop in my old stomping grounds, Italy. I lived there for a semester in 2006 and could not wait to go back. As soon as we landed I excitedly savored every building, accent and meal I could. We flew into Rome and then traveled to Tuscany and ended in Milan. Enjoy.

These locks are located all around the church across from the fountain. They signify forever love between couples and people believe their relationship is blessed by putting these locks by the Trevi Fountain (good luck) and the church (blessing).

Inside the prison where Peter and Paul were held, it now is a shrine to them and their work.

In the prison cell below the ground. People were thrown in through this hole and it was the only opening in or out. Usually prisoners drowned in the cell when it would rain.

All roads lead to Rome.

The Ponte Vechio. The bridge used by the kings of Florence to go into town and the only bridge of Florence to survive the World Wars. It is now where you can find Florence's famous jewelry.
